Donald R. “Rocky” Wuske, age 83, of Massillon passed away Tuesday June 1, 2010 at Country Lawn Care Center. He was born November 9, 1926 in Pike Twp., OH the son of the late Otto and Della (Bentzel) Wuske. Donald was a veteran of the United States Army serving in W.W. II. He was an auto salesman for the former Morris Lincoln-Mercury Dealership in Canton. He started boxing in the service and continued after his discharge and became a Golden Glove Champion. He enjoyed golf, playing poker, and fishing. He was a former member of the Elks Lodge # 441, the American Legion Post #221, and the V.F.W. Post #3124. In 1945 he married Colleen (Kirk) and she preceded him in death December 23, 2003. Surviving Donald are his children Dennis (Linda) Wuske of Massillon, Randy (Ann) Wuske of Dublin, OH, and Debra (Chris) Logsdon of Lexington, OH; sisters Elna of Rocky River, OH, Della of Massillon, Dorothy of North Industry, Florence of Massillon, and Bernice of Massillon; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren. Along with his wife, and parents he was preceded in death by a brother Robert Wuske, and sisters Gladys, and Doris Mae. Visitation will be Thursday from 5-8 P.M. at Paquelet Funeral Home 1100 Wales Rd. NE. Services will be held Friday at 11:00 A.M. at the funeral home.
