Donald G. Beaver, Jr.

Donald G. Beaver, Jr., 75, of Jackson Township, passed away on Tuesday, July 2, 2024. Don was born on October 19, 1948 in Canton, Ohio the son of Donald and Blanche (Pinkerton) Beaver, Sr.

Don was a lifelong resident of the area. He proudly served our country in Vietnam in the United States Marine Corps. He was involved in many different sports throughout his life including, roller hockey, racquetball, baseball and football. Don was a handy man and began his Locksmith business in 2001. He was also a member of Village Baptist Temple.

He is survived by his loving wife, Priscilla, with whom he shared 21 1/2 years of marriage; mother, Blanche Beaver; children, Kelly, Ann, Melissa, Eddie, Amanda, Cortnee, Emilee, Fred, Leila, Rachael, Caleb, and Annie; numerous grandchildren; sisters, Linda (Dennis) Armstrong, Elaine (Dewey) Miller, and Janet Baughman; numerous nieces and nephews; and his four legged companion, Sampson.

He was preceded in death by his father, Donald G. Beaver, Sr. and his brother David Beaver.

A memorial service was held on Monday, July 15, 2024 at 12:30 pm at Village Baptist Temple. A graveside service with Military Honors was held at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery in Seville, Ohio. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Village Baptist Temple.
