Donald Eugene Collins

Donald E. Collins, 81, passed away unexpectedly at home on Sunday, July 9, 2017. He was born in Dover on April 3, 1936 to the late Ralph and Ethel Mae (Gross) Collins. Don was a graduate of Alliance High School and served in The United States Navy. He was a member of Massillon Baptist Temple and The American Legion, Post 44, Canton. He is survived by his daughters, Mary Ann (Frank W., Jr.) Carr, Carla Jane Begert and Ruth Ann Fink;six grandchildren, Andrew, Stephanie, Pamela, Kayla, Tia and Kristan; and six great-grandchildren. He was also preceded in death by his wife Donna L. (Rohr) Collins; two brothers, Ralph and Carl Collins; and a sister, Viola Collins. A private gathering will take place at a later date.
