Donald “Don” Dean Fisk, age 84 of Canal Fulton, entered peacefully into Heaven on Tuesday, June 29, 2021 surrounded by his loving family. He was welcomed by his parents, Carl and Wyllis (Stock), brothers, Bobbie and Gary, and sister, Becky. Don was born in Iowa City, Iowa on February 8, 1937. He loved spending time with family, traveling, snow skiing, boating, camping, and was a man of many talents. Don had a passion for helping and teaching people and was an advocate for animal rescue. He retired from the Hoover Company after many years of service. He is survived by his ex-wife Joyce Whitlatch and three beautiful daughters, Donna (Russ) Sauer, Sheryl (Kevin) Meagher, Kim Pasker, loving friend, Duran Balyeat, four grandchildren, Calisse (Zach) and Adam, Karin and Brandon, nephew Ken (Linda) and niece Joan (Rich). Also survived by many loving friends. In lieu of flowers, Don would like donations to be made to the animal rescue of your choice. He was an advocate for spay and neuter. Friends and family may come to call on July 9, 2021 from 4-5 p.m. at Church of the Lakes in Canton.
