Donald Lee Blosser, 76, of Woodstock, Georgia passed away in his home on September 24, 2010 following a long battle with cancer. He was cremated. Services will be Saturday November 27th at 2pm at Paquelet Funeral Home 1100 Wales Rd., Massillon where the family will receive friends from 12:30 P.M. until the time of service. Burial will be a private service at West Lawn Cemetery in Mount Eaton, Ohio. He was born in Massillon November 19, 1933 to Roy and Edna (Eddy) Blosser and married the former Rita Flinn on December 23, 1958. She survives. He lived most of his life in Massillon/Canton area. He earned a Masters Degree in business and education and was a retired school/football coach at Timken, McKinley, Oakwood, Lake, Fairless and Athens High Schools retiring in 1989. He was a member of the Christian Athletic Association and a former member of Christ United Methodist Church in Massillon. He served 2 years in the Army. Recently he was a member of the Woodstock Senior Center and enjoyed playing golf and shooting pool. Surviving in addition to his wife are two sons; Clyde (Cyndee) Bowman of Louisville, Brian (Sue) Blosser of Woodstock, Ga and one daughter Mrs. David (Theresa) Hosack of Athens, OH; two sisters Mrs. Janice Benson of Massillon, Mrs. Robert (Linda) Geinitz of North Canton and one brother James (Wendy) Blosser of Massillon; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
