Dolores Muzi

Dolores J. Muzi, 95, passed away peacefully on November 29, 2017. She was born in Massillon on December 9, 1921 to the late Ira and Vera (Wodtly) Spangler. A lifelong Massillon resident, she worked as a cook at the Elks. She was a dedicated mother and grandmother. She enjoyed people and never met a stranger. She is survived by her children, Charles E. (Patricia) Muzi, Gregory P. (Cynthia) Muzi, Sandra Gardner, Rosemary (James) Slinger, Pamela (Samuel) Manderine and Theresa (Bob) Thorn; fourteen grandchildren; twenty three great-grandchildren; and two nephews, Gary and Jack Brunker. Dolores was preceded in death by her husband, Louis G, Muzi; and a sister, Iona Brunker Friends and family will gather on December 9, 2017 at the Paquelet Funeral Home from 12:00pm -1:00pm with a Celebration of Dolores’s Life at 1:00pm, Bishop Gerald Evans, Officiating.
