Dolores Louise Stephan

Dolores Louise Stephan, 86 of Massillon, passed away Sunday, September 20, 2015. Dolores was born in Universal, PA on May 21, 1929 the daughter of the late John and Mary (Scaramucci) Flores. She was a former employee of Sears and Segels Dress Shop in Massillon. She was a member of the Tantet's Card Club for more than 60 years. Dolores enjoyed gardening, crafts, camping and spending time with her grandchildren. She was a member of Christ Lutheran Church and the Ladies Auxiliary at the Jackson Township Fire Station. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Donald F. Stephan and her brother, Richard 'Dick' Flores. She is survived by her daughters, Terri Ochoco, and Brenda (Ed) Carpenter; her grandchildren, Carissa Ochoco, Ryan and Derek Harper, and Julie and Greg Carpenter; her great-grandchildren, Skyler, Angel and Madison; and her sister, Lorraine Burns. A Celebration of Dolores's life will be held on Wednesday at 11 a.m. at the Paquelet Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home TONIGHT from 6-8 p.m. and on Wednesday from 10-11 a.m. Donations may be made in Dolores's name to the charity of one's own choice.
