Dolly F. Furbay, 92, of Massillon passed away Wednesday, September 22, 2010 at her home surrounded by her loving family. Dolly was born October 14, 1917 in Midvale, OH the daughter of William and Ella Florence (Singerman) Rizor. She worked at Tyson Roller Bearing, Ohio Paper Products, and retired from the D & K Store. She was a member of First United Methodist Church. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Orville F. Furbay, an infant son, three brothers George, Warren, and Monte Rizor, and two sisters Hazel Collins and her best friend Madge Clary. Survivors include a son Monte (Glenda) Furbay; daughters Karen Blake and Monica Furbay; nine grandchildren Debbie (Jeff) Indorf, Danny Burch (Margaret), Clifton (Rhonda) Burch, Shane (Jeanine) Burch, Regina Young, Jason Furbay, Mistie and Michael Schroder, and Jessie Fields; ten great-grandchildren; six great-great grandchildren. Dolly loved her family who she enjoyed cooking and baking for. The love of family and time spent with them were her greatest joy. She especially loved her great-granddaughter Adriana who spent every day with her, often doing her nails (which she loved), and special friend Bonnie Murdock who spent many enjoyable days with her. Funeral services will be Friday September 24th at 2:30 P.M. at the Paquelet & Arnold-Lynch Funeral Home 1100 Wales Rd. NE where visitation will be from 1:30 P.M. until the time of service. Interment will follow in Rose Hill Memorial Gardens. Memorial contributions in Dolly’s memory may be made to the First United Methodist Church.
