Dianne L. Giltz-Walker

Dianne L. Giltz-Walker, age 77, of Massillon passed away on January 19, 2021. She was born on January 13, 1944, to the late Lester Shaffer and Stella (Beal) Hykes. She graduated from Washington High School class of 1961. Dianne was a nurse for Doctor’s Hospital for 25 years where her pride and joy was delivering babies. She enjoyed gardening, animals, feeding birds, flowers, hanging baskets and playing dominos. She especially loved spoiling her grandchildren and Christmas. Dianne was preceded in death by her parents and son Timothy Giltz. She leaves behind to cherish her memory her children Michael Giltz, Matthew (Rachael) Giltz; grandchildren Christian Giltz, Gabriella Giltz, Brittney Giltz, Kayla Giltz, and Taylor Giltz; brothers Brian Shaffer and David Shaffer; a host of great-grandchildren; her best friends Marilee Okey and Julie Border; and her beloved husband Jay Walker who will miss her immensely, the love of his life. Funeral Service will be held at 11am on Monday, January 25, 2021, at the Paquelet Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 2-4pm on Sunday and again from 10-11am on Monday prior to the service. Her final resting place will be at East Union Lawn Cemetery in Navarre.
