Denver Hamrick

Denver D. “Jack” Hamrick, age 75, of North Lawrence passed away Wednesday, October 20, 2010 at his residence. He was born June 27, 1935 in Peaceful Valley, WV the son of the late Olen and Ellen (Shaver) Hamrick. Jack had been employed by Orrville Bronze & Aluminun. He enjoyed being outdoors, especially fishing. Jack is survived by daughter Karen (Kenneth) McCune of Mill Creek, WV; brothers Ralph (Miriam) Hamrick of Dalton, Elzie Hamrick of North Lawrence, Denzil (Joyce) Hamrick of Webster Springs, WV, Larry (Kathy) Hamrick of Springfield, OH, and Arthur Hamrick of Webster Springs, WV; sisters Wanda L. Mollohan of North Lawrence, Mary Mosburger of Springfield, OH, Sue (Gary) Robinson of Webster Springs, WV, and Rose (John) Bean of Jacksonville, NC; grandchildren Sondra, and Shannon; dozens of nieces and nephews. Along with his parents he was preceded in death by his sister-in-law Joan Hamrick. Visitation will be Friday, October 22nd from 6-8 P.M. at Paquelet & Arnold-Lynch Funeral Home 1100 Wales Rd. NE. Funeral services will be Saturday at 1:00 P.M. at the funeral home with Pastor Michael Bragg officiating. Interment will follow in Pleasant View Cemetery.
