Della M. Bowen

Della M. Bowen, age 90, of Akron died Friday, July 6, 2007 at the Hospice Care Center. She was born on March 25, 1917 in Akron and was the daughter of the late Everett and Grace (Preston) Bennett. She had been employed a nurses aide at Akron General Medical Center. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands, Carl Ruggles and Howard Bowen, her son James Gragg, her granddaughter Kimberly Weber, her brothers James, Carl, Edward & John Bennett and her sister Lora Bennett She is survived by her daughters, Jennie Cory of Stow, Ohio and Nancy Gloyd of Massillon, Ohio, her son Robert Gragg of San Antonio, TX, her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted on Monday at 1:00 P.M.at the Arnold-Lynch Funeral Home with Rev. Edd Matako officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery.
