David Leonard Basso

David Leonard Basso, 78, formerly of Massillon, passed away on November 30, 2023, at his home in Hudson, FL.
He was born on April 8, 1945, to the late Leonard and Mary (Bressi) Basso of Canton, OH.
David was a veteran of The United States Marine Corps. He was dedicated to his family. After his retirement David moved to Florida to enjoy the warmer weather. He was a member of St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church.
David is survived by his loving wife, Sandra (Redinger) Basso; their son, David (Kelly) Basso Jr.; five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Michele R. Griggy.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, December 11, 2023, at 1:00 pm at the Calvary Cemetery, Massillon, OH.
