David L. Ramsey Sr.

David L. Ramsey Sr., 85 of Massillon, passed away Tuesday, October 27, 2015 at his residence surrounded by his family. David was born on September 4, 1930 in Massillon the son of Sherwood Ramsey and Bernice (Steele) Bailey. He was a lifelong resident of Massillon and a United States Army veteran, serving our country during the Korean War. David was self - employed. He loved golfing and working in his yard. He was loved by all who knew him. He is survived by his loving wife, Dona J. Ramsey, whom he shared 63 years of marriage; his children David L. (Jodi) Ramsey, Jr. and Kathi (David) Hunt; his grandchildren, Brent Ramsey, Dianne (Mike) Richardson, John (Ashley) Ramsey, David Ramsey, David Portello, and Mikelle Smith; his great grandchildren, Chloe and Daylynn Richardson, Paightyn Portello and Mason Ramsey; and his old buddy Maxx.
