David Allen Klar age 52 of Wilmot passed away September 1, 2016. He was born Tuesday October 1, 1963 in Massillon to David G. & Betty (Parsons) Klar. He had been employed at Heartland Behavioral Health Center. In addition to his parents he has two sisters: Michele Rose and Diana Davis.
