Daniel E. Braid

Daniel E. Braid, age 84 of Dundee, Ohio, died on Tuesday, January 6, 2009 at Union Hospital in Dover, Ohio. He was born on January 8, 1924 in Homeworth, Ohio and was the son of the late Edward and Vesta (Sanor) Braid. He was a retired bus driver and a member of Dalton Baptist Church. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by the mother of his children, Virginia Braid, his son Danny Braid and 2 brothers. He is survived by his wife, Barbara Braid of the home, his children and their spouses, Don & Beverly Braid, John & Ruth Braid and Dave & Cheryll Braid, his grandchildren, Christina, Ashley, Ryan, Chandra & Jeff, 4 great grandchildren, 5 stepchildren, 10 step grandchildren, 6 step great grandchildren and his sister Dorothy Howenstine. Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday at 12:00 Noon at the Arnold-Lynch Funeral Home with Pastor Jim Mitchell officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Hills Memory Gardens.
