Dale H. Kandle

Dale H. Kandle, 83, of North Lawrence, went home to meet the Lord on Saturday, April 1, 2017 at Mercy Hospital. Dale was born February 1, 1934 in Massillon, the son of the late Herman and Minnie (Weckesser) Kandle. He retired from Superior Meats after 38 years of service and served as Tuscarawas Township Trustee for 3 terms. Dale worked many years repairing vehicles for friends and family. He was an active member of Clinton Lodge #47 F & A M, the Al Koran Shriners, and 32nd Degree Scottish Rite. He was always available to help anyone who asked & was probably best known for his red & white polka-dotted hat. Along with his parents he was preceded in death by his sister, Martha Kandle and brother, Donald Kandle. He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Dolores (Beiter) Kandle; sons, Todd (Robyn) Kandle and Eric (Vicki) Kandle; grandchildren, Arian (James) Ryder, Adam (Krissy) Kandle, and Dustin Kandle; great-grandchildren, Madison, Emily, Michael, Lauren and Natalie; brothers, Laverne (Geri), William (Judy), and Robert (Myrna) Kandle; and his sister, Joanne Pfaus. A Celebration of Dale's life will be held on Thursday, April 6, 2017 at 11 a.m. at the Paquelet & Arnold-Lynch Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Brookfield Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 4- 8 p.m. Clinton Lodge #47 will have a Masonic service at 3:45 p.m. on Wednesday.
