D. Jean Reese

D. Jean Reese, age 85 of Massillon, passed away Tuesday evening at Affinity Medical Center-Doctors Campus. She was born on November 9, 1921 in Etowah, TN and was the daughter of the late Luke & Mae (Fowler) Isbill. She had been employed at Baltzly Drugs in downtown Massillon and retired as a nurses aide at the former Massillon State Hospital. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Glenn D. Reese, her daughter, Sherry Reese, and her brothers, Albert “Buddy” Isbell and Louis Isbill and daughter in law Judy Reese. She is survived by her sons, Roger Reese and Terry (Susan) Reese both of Massillon, her grandchildren, Jacquie (Brent) Offenbecher, Tim (Amy) Reese, Mike (Vicki) Reese, Chad (Jen) Reese and Brett Reese and his fiancé Leanne Cassidy , nine great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren, two sister in laws, Mary Frances Isbell of North Carolina and Carol Isbill of Tennessee and many nieces and nephews. A graveside service for Dorothy Reese will take place on Friday at 11:00 A.M. at Sunset Hills Memory Gardens with Fr. Raymond L. Paul officiating. There are no calling hours.
