Cynthia White

Cynthia L. White, 61, of Massillon passed away Thursday January 14, 2010 at Chapel Hill Retirement Community. She was born October 5, 1948 in Canton the daughter of the late Ernest and Judy (See) Deutsch. Cyndi graduated from Jackson High School, and received a bachelor’s degree from Kent State University. She was a registered nurse spending most of her career at Doctor’s Hospital but most recently had been employed by Clinical Gastroenterology. Cyndi loved spending time with her family especially her grandchildren. She is survived by sons Michael White of Akron, Dennis (Kristen) White of Canton, and Joseph (Carrie) White of Massillon; brothers Martin (Donna) Eckert of Doylestown, Dennis Eckert of Massillon, and Steven Eckert of San Francisco, CA; sister Vikki (Ed) Tucke of Massillon; grandchildren Ava and Cohen White. There will be no calling hours and cremation has taken place. Arnold-Lynch Funeral Home 1100 Wales Rd NE is assisting the family with arrangements. In lieu of flowers contributions in Cyndi’s memory may be given to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital. The family would like to thank Mercy Hospice especially her nurse Adda, and also Sandy Riffil.
