Connie F. Ruppert

Connie F. Ruppert, 75, passed away peacefully on Friday, December 23, 2016, following a brief illness. She was born in Canton on January 3, 1941 to the late Boyd and Rebecca (Inherst) Halsey. Connie was a friendly person, she never met a stranger. She was dedicated to her family and loved her grandchildren dearly. She is survived by her husband, Joe Ruppert, whom she married on May 31, 2002; children, Bryan R. Brown of Canton, Brenda (Robert) Sewell of Beach City and Bobbi (Gregory) Birchler of Navarre; step-children, Michelle Harrison and Joe Ruppert, Jr. both of Canton; nine grandchildren, Christopher, Bryan Scott, Robert, Jessica, Joey, Jaime, Brandon, Rachel and Jacob; ten great-grandchildren, Norah, Jaxson, Donovan, Kiersten, Christopher, Nathan, Kailani, Brantley, Braelyn and Elijah; and two brothers, Jerry (Dee) Halsey and Leland (Maralyn) Halsey. She was preceded in death by her brother, Adrian Halsey and her first husband, Robert Brown. Friends may call at the Paquelet & Arnold-Lynch Funeral Home on Wednesday, December 28, 2016 from 11:00am-1:00pm with a funeral service to follow at 1:00pm, Rev. Clifford Price, officiating.
