Cody W. Mishler

Cody W. Mishler, 27, of Massillon, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, February 19, 2017 in Tuscarawas Township. He was born January 20, 1990 in Massillon, Ohio to Theodore and Kelly (Mertes) Mishler. Cody was a graduate of Tuslaw High School. He worked at Magni Power in Wooster on their assembly line. Cody enjoyed working on his truck, fishing, and wood working. He had an impressive vinyl record collection which he loved to listen to, especially the Beatles. Cody will always be remembered as a very thoughtful, happy and loving person. He will be deeply missed by his mother, Kelly (Mertes) Mishler; father, Theodore (Lisa) Mishler; sister, Cassidy Mishler; niece, Layla Mishler; Aunt Connie (Tom) Weisgarber, Uncle Jim "Bim" Mertes, Aunt Carrie (Steve) Hamrick, Aunt Kim Hilson; and many cousins and friends. Cody was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Bonnie Mossor "Grandma Two Shoes" and James Mertes. In keeping with the family's wishes, cremation will take place and services will be private. "Loved very much by his Uncle Bim"
