Clyde Harvey

Clyde Harvey, 80, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, August 21, 2016. He was born in Rhodell, WV on July 28, 1936 to the late Boyd and Ellen (Wood) Harvey. Clyde was a veteran of the United States Army and worked as a truck driver until his retirement. He loved to spend his time sitting in his garage watching his dog play. Clyde and Sandra loved visiting with their grandchildren and great-grandchildren. They both enjoyed sitting on the pontoon while fishing on Clendening Lake. He is survived by his wife, Sandra (Gray) Harvey; two sons, Daniel (Katie) Harvey of Bolivar and Ken Large of Fort Meyers, FL; daughter, Joyce Large of New Philadelphia; eight grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; two brothers, Jerry and Douglas Harvey; five sisters, Dorothy Jennings, Gaynelle Linkous, Shirley Donze, Martha Lane and Maxine Selogy. He was also preceded in death by a son, Robert Large; two sisters, Margie Wilhelm and Garnett Pappas; seven brothers, Loniel, Jack, Frank, John, Elgie, Boyd and Larry Harvey. Friends and family will gather on Thursday, August 25, 2016 from 5:00pm-7:00pm at the Paquelet & Arnold-Lynch Funeral Home, Massillon with a funeral service to be held at 7:00pm, Rev.
