Clemence A. Miller age 85 of Navarre passed away October 20, 2005 at his residence. He was born October 7, 1920 in Yorkville, IN to the late Jacob & Mary (Nordmeyer) Miller and moved to the Navarre area about the age of 5. During World War II he served in the Merchant Marine in the Atlantic. Following his service time he was employed for 45 years at Ekco Products and retired in 1986. He was a member of St. Clement’s Catholic Church. In his spare time he enjoyed bowling, fishing and gardening. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by 3 sisters: Edna Meyer, Stella Miller, & Agnes Graber; 4 brothers: Frank, Clarence, Kenneth & Charles Miller. He is survived by: Wife Martha (Heater) Miller of the residence with whom he shared 65 years of marriage on July 27th. Daughters & Sons in Law Rebecca & William Dunlap of Sugarcreek Virginia Stitz of Jackson Twp. Donna & Roger Dunlap of Navarre Sister Evelyn Trachsel of Dover Five grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren Funeral service will be 11:30 AM Monday at the Paquelet Funeral Home in Massillon, Fr. Robert Gibas will officiate. Burial will be at Rose Hill Memorial Garden. Friends may call one hour before the service on Monday at the funeral home in Massillon.
