Clarence Kimble, age 96 of Massillon, died Monday, July 9, 2007 at the Hospitality House in Perry Township. He was born on August 22, 1910 in Cambridge, Ohio and was the son of the late Ace & Pearl (Savage) Kimble. He retired in 1970 from Republic Steel where he was a general foreman. He was a member of Simpson United Methodist Church, F. & A.M. # 60 for more than 60 years and the Scottish Rite, Valley of Canton. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Sara Kimble in 1985, his son Donald A. Kimble and 11 siblings. He is survived by his granddaughters, Debra K. Lee of Suwanee, GA and Darla L. Rose of Chagrin Falls, OH, 2 great grandchildren, 4 great great grandchildren, his daughter in law, Donna Kimble and close friend, Charles Yoder. A private service will be held for the family. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Mr. Kimble’s name to Simpson United Methodist Church.
