Clarence J. Nussbaumer

Clarence J. Nussbaumer age 75 of Massillon passed away Tuesday October 13, 2009 at Aultman Hospital. Clarence was born April 26, 1934 in Massillon to the late Albert & Catherine (Weinend) Nussbaumer. He was a life resident of Massillon and had been employed at Superior Meats. He is a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church, FOE #190 and the K of C #554. For many years CJ owned the Nussbaumer Asphalt Sealing and Striping Service. CJ was devoted to his entire family, especially his grandchildren. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Mary (Nikolis) Nussbaumer in 1990 and a son Michael Nussbaumer in 2007. He is survived by two daughters, Catherine (James) Wallace of Strasburg, CO, Dorothy (Mickel) Dietz of Massillon, a son Sam Nussbaumer of Massillon a former wife Anna Nussbaumer of Massillon, a sister Florence (Herbert) Ashbridge, a brother Joseph Nussbaumer, all of Massillon a step-daughter Tracy ( Michael) Albright of Crown, PA and a step-son Tim (Megan) Cole of Wadsworth, OH. There are eleven grandchildren and four great grandchildren. A Memorial Remberance of CJ’s Life will be 10:30 AM Monday at the Paquelet Funeral Home in Massillon, Fr. Edward Gretchko will officiate.
