Clarence J Conley Jr “CJ” 1929 - 2017, passed away on Wednesday May 3rd, with his family by his side, Clarence peacefully slept away as he left to join his wife Patty in heaven. At this very moment, he probably has started working on a new project being his cancer slowed him down here on earth. Clarence was born Sept 1 in Brewster to the late Clarence J. and Florence D. Conley Sr. While attending Brewster High School, he enlisted in the army at the age of 15, spending his service time in Italy. He married Patricia Lintner on Sept 12, 1953 celebrating 61 years until her passing 2014. Lived in Massillon, worked in Brewster, retiring from Norfolk & Southern Railroad with 41 years. He was the Secretary-Treasurer of the NARVRE Unit 17, a member of the Brewster American Legion and a member of the Brewster Historical Society. He would never say but he was a Master of all trades. He showed his talent right up to the day the cancer took over, finishing his kitchen cabinets. A work of art! To all the people he met, he left them with a lasting impression. A wonderful, thankful, very generous and talented man, that will be missed by all. Preceded in death by his sister Norma and husband Chuck Graber, brother Glenn and two brothers-in-law, John Carroll, Carl Rouse and the whole Lintner family. Surviving, His daughter Lisa of the home.
