Clara Mae Millhorn, 83, of Perry Township, formerly of Mesa AZ, passed away peacefully following a lengthy illness on Saturday, January 18, 2025, with her daughter by side. Clara was born on November 24, 1941, in Canton, OH the daughter of the late Ronald and Dorothy (Malcuit) Widder.
Clara grew up as a farmer's daughter in Bolivar, Ohio. She graduated from Sandy Valley High School in 1960. She met her husband, Bill, and married in 1962. She and Bill both shared a love for camping and traveling. One of their favorite activities was spending the summers at Atwood Lake. After Bill retired, they moved to Arizona where they remained until Clara and her daughter, Raine, moved back to Ohio in 2024 to be with family.
She is survived by her daughter, Raine Millhorn; sisters, Nancy (Larry) Dolvin, Bonnie (Pete) Oberson, and Birdie Wilt; as well as, daughter by choice, Treena Kay; and numerous beloved nieces and nephews.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, William E. Millhorn; son, Eric 'Rick' James Millhorn; and her brother, Frank Widder.
