Cindy F. Nutter

Lucinda F. "Cindy" Nutter, 66 of Massillon, passed away on Wednesday, November 4, 2015. She was born May 17, 1949 in Dover, Ohio and was the daughter of the late Donald and Esther (Decker) Millard. Cindy graduated from the former Lincoln High School in 1967. She had been employed at Cold Headed Fasteners until her illness prevented her from working. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother Fred Millard. She is survived by her husband, Delbert Nutter, her daughter Denise (Michael) Panchur, her son, Scott Nutter and her grandson, Noah Panchur. Also surviving are her siblings, James Millard, Sr., Hank (Lin) Millard, Kenny (Joan) Millard, Chuck (Hilda) Millard, Donna McGuire, Grace (Richard) McGuire, Helen (Jack) Moreland and Edna Millard. A service to celebrate the life of Cindy Nutter will take place on Monday at 1:00 p.m. at the Paquelet & Arnold-Lynch Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Sunday at the funeral home from 2-5 p.m. and on Monday from 12 - 1 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Relay For Life.
