Christine M. Cioffi

Christine Mary Cioffi, 38, passed away June 29, 2015. Born in Massillon, Ohio, Chrissy lived in Massillon for most of her life, spending the last 5 years in North Myrtle Beach. Chrissy graduated from Perry High School and continued her education at Kent State, majoring in Accounting. She graduated with honors and worked for several years at Ohio Mentor. Chrissy is preceded in death by her grandfathers, Louis Cioffi and Milton Crumb, and her uncle, John Cioffi. She is survived by her loving father and mother, Paul and Maureen, and her devoted sister, Carrie Ison; Brother-in-law Craig Ison; and her very special nephews, Joseph and Noah Ison; Grandmothers, Mary Cioffi and Mary Crumb; her special Aunt Jane and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Chrissy was an inspiration to all who knew her. She faced many struggles in life but with the strength of her family and friends, she persevered. Chrissy loved her friends and enjoyed every minute of her time with them. They have enriched her life beyond words. The family will receive friends Monday, July 6 from 6-8PM at Paquelet Funeral Home. A funeral mass will be held on Tuesday, July 7 at 10AM at St Mary's Church in Massillon.
