Cheryl Lynn Christner

Cheryl Lynn Christner, 71 of Massillon, passed away Sunday, January 10, 2016 at her residence surrounded by her family. Cheryl was born on June 5, 1944 in Massillon the daughter of the Harley and Betty (Boak) Christner. She was a lifelong resident of Massillon and a 1962 graduate of Central Catholic High School. Cheryl worked for the Timken Co. for 30 years and retired in 2005. She enjoyed gardening, crocheting, baking, working outside in her yard, puzzles, playing bingo and spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her father Harley Christner and her brother Harley Christner, Jr. She is survived by her daughter Kellie (Clarence) Fenton; her mother, Betty Christner; her grandson, Kyle (fiancé Letitia Bittinger) Belak; her brothers, Gary (Roseann) Christner and Todd (Tina) Christner; her sister Dianne (Bob) Gresser; and her niece Harlee Christner. A Celebration of Cheryl's life will be held on Thursday, January 14, 2016 at 11 a.m. at the Paquelet & Arnold-Lynch Funeral Home.
