Cheryl L. Engler

Cheryl L. (Harris) Engler, age 56 of Jackson Township, passed away on Sunday, November 10, 2013 at her home surrounded by her family. She was born in Canton on April 13, 1957 to Donald and Mary (Conkle) Harris who survive her. Cheryl graduated from Washington High School in 1975. While there she was the first female Obie. She was an avid golfer and was a member of Arrowhead Country Club, golfing with the "Iron Ladies". She was a member of Faith Lutheran Church and was formerly the president of the church council and taught Sunday school. She was the partner of Benefit Related Services. Along with her parents, Don and Mary Harris, she is survived by her daughters and son-in-laws. Jana and Joe LoCoco and Jennifer and Vaughn Mohler, her grandchildren, Vendela, Joey and Jacob LoCoco and Hayven, Ashley and Drew Mohler. Also surviving are her sisters, Denise (Charley) McCune and Michele (Bill) Dawson and her brother Michael (Susan) Harris. A service to celebrate the life of Cheryl L. Engler will take place on Thursday, November 14, 2013 at 11:00 A.M. at Faith Lutheran Church with her pastor, Elaina Styblo officiating. Burial will follow at Brookfield Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the Paquelet & Arnold-Lynch Funeral Home, (1100 Wales Road NE, Massillon, Ohio) on Wednesday from 5-8 P.M. and on Thursday one hour before the service.
