Charlotte M. Shannon

Charlotte M. Shannon, 65, of Canton passed away unexpectedly at home on Thursday, June 27, 2013. She was born in Massillon on January 15, 1948 to the late Charles & Mable (McInnes) Driskell. She enjoyed spending her time with the card club, camping, fishing and hunting. She lived for her family and will be greatly missed. Charlotte is survived by her children; Sherri (James) Huntsman, Lisa (Brian) Ohler both of Canton & Edward Shannon of Waynesburg, nine grandchildren; Vanessa, Joshua, Stephanie, Jim, Nathan, Kaitlyn, Jason, Paulie & Amy, six great-grandchildren, two sisters; Sandra Woods & Dorothy Swagart both of Massillon, & a brother, Charles Driskell, Jr. of Massillon. She is also preceded in death by, her husband, Brian P Shannon, Sr. and a son, Brian P. Shannon, Jr.. Friends may call on Tuesday July 2, 2013 from 5:00PM - 7:30PM at the Paquelet Funeral Home, Massillon. Funeral services will be held at 7:30PM on Tuesday, July 2, 2013, Kevin O'Brien, Funeral Celebrant. Burial will be in Brookfield Cemetery at a later date.
