Charlotte A. Rager

Charlotte A. Rager, age 91 of Massillon, passed away on Saturday, October 16, 2010 at the Laurels of Massillon. She was born on April 14, 1919 in Evenwood, WV and was the daughter of the late Artie and Mary Mabel (Jones) Gregory. She was a Massillon resident for most of her life and was a member of Anchor Baptist Church. Along with her parents, Charlotte was preceded in death by her husbands Richard Dumire and Kermit Rager, her sisters Ruby Campbell and Lucy White and her brother Robert White. She is survived by her daughter and son in law Judy and David Wesie of Massillon and her son, Delbert Pennington of Canton. Also surviving are 3 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday at 1:00 P.M. at the Paquelet & Arnold-Lynch Funeral Home with Dr. Mark Jacobs officiating. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 12 Noon until 1 :00 P.M. Charlotte’s family would like to thank the staff at the Laurel’s and Alma & Judy for the love that they showed her.
