Charles E. Boughman

Charles E. Boughman, 66, of Navarre, passed away Tuesday, February 28, 2017. Chuck was born in Massillon on January 6, 1951 the son of the late Ralph and Verna (Simler) Boughman. He was a lifelong resident of the area and a Fairless High School graduate. Chuck was a "Jack of All Trades". He worked as a truck driver for Waste Water Management and in maintenance at the YWCA in Canton. Chuck also built utility trailers with his welding skills. He and his wife, Claudia enjoyed fishing at Clendening Lake. Along with his parents he was preceded in death by his brother, Richard Boughman and his sister, Nancy Gallion. He is survived by his loving wife, Claudia (Loga) Boughman whom he married on September 10, 1993; his daughters, Jackie 'Sprat' and Jessy 'Dweebler' Celesnik whom they referred to him as "Papa Chuck"; his sister, June Hattery; nieces and nephews; great nieces and nephews; great-great nieces and nephews; and his close friend Randy Hattery.
