Charles "Chuck" E. Rudy

Charles E. Rudy, 74, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, September 25, 2022, in Navarre, Ohio. He was born on January 13, 1948, in Massillon, Ohio to the late Clair and Verneda (Domer) Rudy.

Chuck was a 1966 graduate of Tuslaw High School and worked for Eaton Manufacturing where he retired after 35+ years of service.

Almost all of Chuck’s favorite hobbies included being outdoors. He enjoyed golfing, was an avid hunter and fisherman, and loved working on the farm. He also loved attending auctions, his favorite one happened every Wednesday in Mt. Hope and you could be sure that Chuck was there.

He leaves behind his two loving sons, Charles “Chuck” (Andrea) Rudy and William “Bill” (Michelle) Rudy; his beloved grandchildren Brendan and Braelyn Rudy; sister Wanda (Jay) White; brother Melvin Rudy; and brother-in-law Paul Snyder.

In addition to his parents, Chuck was preceded in death by his sister Donna Mae Snyder and his sister-in-law Janet Rudy.

A gathering for family and friends will be held on Friday, September 30, 2022, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at Paquelet Funeral Home in Massillon.

Inurnment will follow at Sixteen St. John's Cemetery.
