Catherine M. 'Katie' Natoli

Catherine M. “Katie” Natoli, age 83 of Waverly, Ohio, formerly of Massillon, died on Monday, July 26, 2010 at Pike Community Hospital in Waverly, Ohio. She was born on January 3, 1927 in Massillon and was the daughter of the late Eli and Sarah (Kekich) Nezich. In 1945 she graduated from Washington High School. She was a member of St. Barbara’s Catholic Church. She retired from the Massillon school system. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister Helen Lohr and her brothers Anthony and Andrew Nezich. Catherine is survived by her children, Rockie (Lesa) Natoli of Waverly, Ohio, Carmela Wellin of Massillon and Marina (Terry) Zimmerman of North Canton, her grandchildren, Sarah (Ed) Roberts, Maribeth Natoli, Matthew (Erin) Wellin, Jonathan Wellin, Scott Zimmerman and Sharon Zimmerman, her great granddaughter Mallory, her step grandchildren, Kate and David and her step great grandchildren, Genevieve and Ian. Also surviving are her brothers, John Nezich and George (Lil) Nezich her brother-in-law, Andy Lohr and her sister-in-law, Dolores Nezich. Funeral services will take place at the Paquelet Funeral Home on Friday at 1:00 P.M. with Fr. Thomas Cebula officiating. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery.
