Catherine E. Rutter

Catherine E. Rutter, 92 of Massillon passed away on Thursday, August 30, 2012 at Windsor Medical Center, North Canton with the assistance of Harbor Light Hospice. She was born in Massillon on March 29, 1920 to the late Clyde & Martha Jones Rutter. Catherine worked as an EKG Tech at Massillon Community Hospital. She was a member of First United Methodist Church, Massillon, Amicitia Class, Martha's Circle, Church Women United, United Methodist Women and AARP Chapter 336. She is survived by her nephew, Howard J. (Catherine) Rutter, two nieces, Janice M. Hupp, Eileen F.( James) Duffy, five great nieces and four great nephews. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Howard P.L. Rutter. Friends may call one hour prior to a funeral service at First United Methodist Church, Massillon on Tuesday, September 4, 2012 at Noon , Rev. Julia Wertz, Officiating.
