Carolyn E Krug

Carolyn E. Krug, age 79 of North Lawrence passed away on September 17, 2017. She was born on July 09, 1938 to the late Louis and Nora Kouth-Profant. She married Robert G. Krug on January 13, 1957 and they shared 48 years together until his passing in 2004. Carolyn worked as a Bus Driver for Tuslaw School for 43 years, where she was known to several generations of kids, she took back and forth to school. She served 48 years on the Stark County Fair Swine Committee and was a 50 year plus member to her card club the “What’s Trump Bunch”. She was the type of person who never knew a stranger and was known as everyone’s mom and grandma, with an awesome attitude and a loving personality! Carolyn is survived by her children Debbie (Richard) Gentry, Scott (Denise) Krug, Randy Krug and Karen (Doug) Combs; her grandchildren Josh (Leslie) Krug, Rachel (Jeremy) Shane, Andi (Trent) Hershey, Julie (Jeff) Nicholas, Shelby Combs, and Kyle (Alyse) Krug; her great-grandchildren Cody, Olivia, Brooke, Alex, Zeke, Caylee, Sophia, and Jackson; her companion Lowell Johnson; her sister Roseanne (Carl) Kegley; her sister-in-law Carol (Dick) Kress; brother-in-law Gary (Teetsy) Krug and a host of nieces, nephews and friends. In addition to her husband she was preceded in death her son Kevin Krug; brother and sister and brother-in-law Nora Jean and Walter Smith; brother Edward “Buddy” Kouth. A Celebration of her life will be held at the Paquelet & Arnold-Lynch Funeral Home on Thursday, September 21, 2017 at 11a.m. in Massillon. Pastor Tim Mishler will be officiating. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, September 20, 2017 from 1-3p.m. and 5-8p.m. at the funeral home.
