Carol L. Wolfe

Carol L. (Gerhart) Wolfe, age 85, passed away peacefully on November 3, 2022, in the presence of loved ones.

She was born on October 16,1937 in Orrville, Ohio to Earl E. and Ruth (Lautenschlager) Gerhart. She graduated from Lincoln High School class of 1955.

She is proceeded in death by her parents, husband Jerry Wolfe of 57 years, daughter Genevieve Wolfe and brother Earl E. Gerhart Jr.

She is survived by 7 children, daughter Cheri Ledford, son Timothy (Laura) Wolfe, daughter Kathy (Lewi) Miller, son Jeffrey Wolfe, son Roger Wolfe, son Douglas (Julie) Wolfe and son Charles Wolfe. There are 13 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.

Carol is also survived by 4 sisters, Norma Frye, Janet (Chuck) Postlewaite, Diana Gill and Linda Olson. Also many nieces and nephew.

Carol mainly was a homemaker, but had a motor paper route with the Massillon Evening Independent. She loved taking long rides in the car.

Trying new food (if it wasn't to crazy). She liked making embarrassing comments to her children and asking them embarrassing questions.

She made beautiful cross stitch pictures which hung in their home.

Carol was a member of the congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses for 53 years which gave her the hope of seeing her husband and daughter again in paradise.

She will be missed by all.

The family gathered privately.
