Carol Ann Mowrer

Carol Ann Mowrer, 70 passed away on Monday, December 5, 2016. She was born in Wooster on November 22, 1946 to the late Robert and Mary (Stephenson) Mowrer. Carol retired from Massillon City Schools and was a member of St. Timothy Episcopal Church. She is survived by her aunts and uncles, Sara and James Mowrer, Dr. Charles and Donna Ogi, Audrey Jones, and Lavonne Steele-Cox, and numerous cousins. She is also preceded in death by her uncle, Ray Stephenson. Graveside services will be held at Wooster Cemetery on Friday, December 9, 2016 at 11:00am.
