Carol A. Neff

Carol Ann Neff, 59, of Massillon, passed away on Saturday, August 20, 2022. Carol was born on April 20, 1963, in Massillon the daughter of the late Donald and Rita (Royer) Herman. Carol was a lifelong resident of Massillon and a 1981 graduate of Washington High School. Carol loved listening to music. She also loved spending time with friends and family. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Neff, and brother, David Herman. She is survived by her brothers and sister, Edward Herman, Anne (Leo) Smith, Robert Herman, and Thomas Herman; stepson, Jeremy (Andrea) Neff; nephews, Joshua (Shannon) Herman and Dillon Herman; and great-nephews, Daxton Herman, and Milo Herman. The family will receive friends at the Paquelet Funeral Home on Friday, August 26, 2022, from 12-1 p.m. Celebration of Carol's life will be held at 1 p.m. Burial will follow at Brookfield Cemetery.
