Carl W. Neff, Jr.

Carl W. Neff, Jr., 62 of Massillon, passed away Friday, November 13, 2015. Carl was born in Richwood, WV to Carl and Phyllis (Johnson) Neff on December 17, 1952. Carl grew up in Orrville. He worked for Conrail for 20 years and then worked for Amtrak of Ohio Contractors for 10 years. Carl enjoyed fishing, and watching the Indians, Browns and Cavs. He will be missed by all who knew him. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his step-father Allen Mills and his nephew Brandon Yanez both of Toledo. He is survived by his wife, Carol (Herman) Neff, with whom he shared 27 years of marriage; his son Jeremy C. (Andrea) Neff; his granddaughter, Lindsey Rose Neff; his sisters and brother, Carolyn (Saul) Yanez, Connie (Ronald) Hiner, Ray Mills, and Debbie (Chuck) Spiller; and numerous nieces and nephews.
