Bonnie Lee Kolberg

August 11, 1950 — April 24, 2016

Bonnie L. Kolberg, age 65, passed away on April 24, 2016. She was born on August 11, 1950 to Donna (Crites) and the late Thomas Andrews. She was a 1968 graduate of Perry High School. She married Howard W. "Bill" Kolberg on November 28, 1970, and they shared over 45 years together. Bonnie worked as a Guidance Secretary for Jackson High School, where she had a special connection with the kids. She loved Broadway Shows, New York City, Christmas, enjoying the sunshine at the beach, Jackson sporting events, hosting parties at her home, but especially she lived for her grandchildren. She will forever be remembered as a loving, devoted and generous Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Daughter, Sister, Aunt and friend. Many people in the community will remember her as Mrs. Claus. Bonnie is survived by her husband; her daughters Kelley Kolberg, Kim (Matt) Hill, Kristin (Mark) Heller and Kerri (Keith) Snyder; her grandchildren Samantha, Kailee, Sidney, Matthew, Tori, and Addison; her Mother; her brother Tom (Wanda) Andrews; her brother-in-law Robert Kolberg; her sister-in-law Diane (Bill) Haslar; as well as a host of nieces, nephews and friends. She was preceded in death by her sister-in-law Sharon Kolberg. A Celebration of her life will be held on Thursday, April 28, 2016 at 11 a.m. at the Paquelet & Arnold-Lynch Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, April 27, 2016 from 4-8 p.m. and one hour prior to the service.
