Bonnie Jean Kirkbride

Bonnie J. Byer Kirkbride, 71 of Perry Township, passed away unexpectedly, Thursday, September 3, 2015. Bonnie was born on April 7, 1944 in Canton, the daughter of the late Blaine and Lucille (Benish) Byer. She was a lifelong resident of Perry and a 1962 graduate of Perry High School. Bonnie worked for Aultman Hospital as an insurance verifier and retired after 42 years of service. She enjoyed gardening, tending to her flowers, trips to Amish country and spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She is survived by her daughter Kim (Michael) Flowers and her son Jeff Kirkbride; her grandchildren Joshua, Taylor, Michael Jr. and Logan; her great grandchildren Aiden, Anthony and Audrina; and her brothers Tom (Barb) Byer, Virgil (Linda) Byer, and Blaine Byer. A Celebration of Bonnie's life will be held on Wednesday, September 9, 2015 at 12:30 p.m. at the Paquelet and Arnold-Lynch Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Sunset Hills Burial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday from 6-8 p.m. and on Wednesday from 11:30-12:30 p.m. prior to the service.
