Bonita "Bonnie" Lesh Rhodes, 74, of Perry Township, passed away on Thursday, October 31, 2024 in Canton, Ohio. Bonita was born on December 12, 1949 in Canton, Ohio the daughter of the late Delbert and Ladyne (Bourquin) Lesh.
Bonnie retired from Diebold following 28 years of service. She was an avid golfer and bowler in her younger years. She was actively involved with her grandchildren's sporting events.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Marcia Nofer; and her brother-in-law, Roland Nofer.
She is survived by husband, Roger Rhodes with she shared 16 years of marriage; children; Deanna Kepler, Richard (Brenda) Kepler, Tracie Knecht, and Lyndsey (Landon) Wilson; second family, Carla (Heath) Oeder, and Annette (Gary) Geckler; grandchildren, Hunter, Allie, Austyn, Johnny, Aiden, Eileen, Amanda, Carolyn, Marshall, Starlie, Jeff, Devin, Jordan, Autumn, Heather, Brandi, Brenden, and Jacob; as well as many great and great great grandchildren; sister, Rita (Don) Berlin; brothers, Dan (Pam) Lesh, and Bill (Debbie) Lesh.
In keeping with her wishes, cremation will take place. No memorial services will be held, instead a Celebration of Bonnie's life will take place on Sunday, November 3, 2024 at the McKinley Eagles #2370, lower level: 5024 Monticello Avenue NW, Canton, OH 44708 from 1-3 pm. The family requests NO FLOWERS PLEASE. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to your favorite charity.
