October 20, 1929 — January 20, 2009

Billy Lee Proctor, beloved Husband, Father, Uncle and Friend joined his wife and son on January 20, 2009. He was born October 20, 1929 in Barlow, OH to the late Harry Ford & Verna (Leggett) Proctor. He owned & operated a SOHIO Gas Station in Massillon for many years and considered all his patrons his friends. He loved working in his garden and prided himself on his huge tomatoes. He had a gift of gab and enjoyed chatting with folks. He was a member of Sportsman Farm & Game of Navarre, VFW (having served in Korea), FOE #141 and the Canton Masonic Lodge #60. He was a devoted husband and caregiver to his wife Miriam until her death in 2005. He was preceded in death by a son Mitchell, sisters Martha Bohl, Frances Cowan, Zelma Barth & Betty Garner. He is survived by a son Randall Lee Proctor and many nieces and nephews. A Graveside service for the family will take place. When you live in the hearts of those you loved, you never die.
