Betty Jean Brown

Betty Jean Brown, 75, of Canal Fulton, passed away on June 16, 2024 at her home, following a brief illness.

She was born on March 17, 1949 to the late William Brown and the late Mary Smith in Canton, OH.

Betty was a member of First Christian Church. She was active with Special Olympics. Betty enjoyed coloring, spending time with friends and family. She also enjoyed shopping, and going out to eat.

Betty is survived by her great-niece, Teriese (Tracy) Brown; nephew, Robert (Dollie) Smith; friends, Tammy McCauley and Peggy Murphy; and many other distant relatives and friends.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Ruth Smith.

Visitation will be held Monday, June 24, 2024, 10:00 am - 11:00 am at Paquelet & Arnold-Lynch Funeral Home, Massillon. A funeral service will follow at 11:00 am. Burial will follow in the Forest Hill Cemetery.
