Barbara Joan Murdock

Barbara Joan Murdock age 72 of Massillon passed away at her residence Thursday February 23, 2006. Barbara was born October 14, 1933 in Sandy Ridge, PA to the late Mathew & Valetta (Kennedy) Peters. She was raised in Massillon and was a 1951 graduate of Washington High School. In 1960 she and her husband moved to California. There she owned and operated M & M Interior Design Company, headquartered in Palm Springs. Barbara and her husband returned to Massillon in 1990. She is survived by: Husband David A. Murdock with whom she shared 54 years of marriage Sons & Daughters in Law David Scot (Rosalind) Murdock of Canton William Broc (Kelly) Murdock of Jackson Twp. Brothers Charles Peters of Perry Twp. Ronald Peters of Canton Grandchildren Cole, Jenny, Jennifer, Kara & Jason Great Grandchildren Jaden & Tyler Private services will be at Ohio Western Reserve Cemetery in Rittman, OH.
