Barbara J. Foster

Barbara J. Foster, age 74 of Perry Township, passed away Tuesday, April 14, 2015. Barb was born on September 15, 1940 in Derwent, OH the daughter of Clyde and Inez (Bates) Finley. She was a lifelong resident of the area and a 1958 graduate of Lincoln High School. Barb owned and operated Foster's Discount Variety Store and did wedding photography. She enjoyed dancing, and dressing up for Halloween. She loved collecting Elvis items and traveling. She is survived by her children, Cheryl Evans and Lee (Josephine) Foster; 6 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; her sister Rita Thompson; and her companion Wayne Blazer. A Celebration of Barbara's life will be held on Saturday, April 18, 2015 at 5:00 p.m. at the Paquelet Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 4 – 5 p.m. prior to the service on Saturday.
