Barbara J. Condon

Barbara J. Condon, 80, passed away unexpectedly on November 25, 2017. She was born in Brooklyn, NY on April 7, 1937 and lived in the Massillon area most of her adult life and worked for over twenty five years at the Coffee Cup Restaurant. She was a dedicated mother and grandmother. Her desire to help and care for her family were her life’s main driving force. She was also known for her sense of humor, love of bingo, lottery and playing cards. Barbara is survived by her children, Julia (Mario) DiCristina, Elizabeth (Steve) Andersen, Diane Jacobs, Joseph (Cynthia) Condon, April (Wayne) Kieffer, Lisa Condon and Darrin (Amy) Condon; grandchildren, Christina, Brittany, Courtney, Joseph, Joshua, Ashley, Donald, Tyler, Haley, Kenneth, Tyler, Kyle, Diane, Russell, Michelle, Tina, Jennifer, James and Frances; many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren, sister, Evelyn Gersitz; and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph J. Condon; mother, Ann (Lynch) Kelly; brothers, Fred Finter, William Scheppler, Edward Scheppler and Donald Scheppler; sister, Mary Ann Matheson; grandson, Steven Andersen; and great-great granddaughter, Lia Blankenship. Friends and family may call at the Paquelet & Arnold-Lynch Funeral Home on Tuesday, November 28, 2017 from 5:00pm-8:00pm. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 29, 2017 at 10:00am in the funeral home, Pastor Bob Mitchell, Officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Memorial Gardens.
