Avis Grace Budrow

Avis Grace Budrow, age 89 of Massillon, passed away Tuesday evening at Smithville Western Nursing Home in Smithville. Avis had lived in the Massillon area most of her life. She was born on April 9, 1918 in Wayne Co. to the late Wilbur and Mabel Ross. Avis was married to Kenneth Jr. Budrow in June 1946. She had been employed at the old Ideal Co. for 6 yrs. Avis retired from the Massillon Senior Center after 13 years as an office girl in 1994. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Kenneth Jr. in 1987, her grandparents, George & Mae Kauffman and 2 brothers, Harold Jay Ross and Robert Elton Ross. She is survived by her daughter, Coni Scarborough of Florida, her sister Coesta Hohenshil of Wooster, Ohio, 3 granddaughters all of Florida and many nieces and nephews.
